Adam is a certified snowboard instructor who has been teaching for 8 years and has been teaching skiers for 4 years as well. He enjoys being out on the hill at Pine Knob as much as possible and sharing that joy with others. Adam loves teaching his students as much as he loves snowboarding and skiing. He is often seen out on the hill, patiently guiding students, offering encouragement, and making sure they are having a good time.
PSIA Level 1 and AASI Level 2 Certified.
My daughters are 14 and 12. They have never been on skis. In 1 hour Adam had them coming down the hill in a very safe and controlled manner making nice smooth and wide turns. They also learned how to use the chair lift. I was very impressed. -Heath

February 07, 2024Fantastic instructor! As a middle-aged man who'd never snowboarded before, I was a little apprehensive about the whole thing. Adam, was gracious and patient, he answered all of my questions, and he even assigned me "homework" by trying out some of the skills he taught me on my own before signing up for my next lesson. And he's friendly and approachable and goodhearted to boot! -George S
