Adam is a certified snowboard instructor who has been teaching for 8 years and has been teaching skiers for 4 years as well. He enjoys being out on the hill at Pine Knob as much as possible and sharing that joy with others. Adam loves teaching his students as much as he loves snowboarding and skiing. He is often seen out on the hill, patiently guiding students, offering encouragement, and making sure they are having a good time.
PSIA Level 1 and AASI Level 2 Certified.
We booked Adam as a couple of 30 year old dudes who were completely new to snowboarding and wanting to get into the sport in an accelerated fashion. In a single 2 hour session, Adam took us from learning all the basics on the beginner hill with the 4 yr olds, to confidently hitting all the lift-chair intermediate runs. We had a blast and ended up snowboarding for a couple more hours after the session, and left Pine Knob feeling infinitely more confident in our abilities. Thanks Adam!
January 29, 2024Adam has been working with my 8.5 year old son and he has been amazing! He's patient and firm (which my son needs!) and he has been so encouraging! we extended one lesson to 3 hours! we have booked him a few times and will be booking more! I highly recommend, Adam!
January 18, 2024Adam is the best snowboard instructor ever! I took my son for his first snowboarding session ever! Adam was so patient and kind, and offering words of encouragement every step of the way! I saw my son make huge strides in the mere one hour we were with him! He beyond exceeded my expectations of what I was looking for in an instructor! We will definitely be booking with him again!
February 28, 2023Adam was very patient with me. It was my very first time snowboarding and I had no idea what I was doing. He moved at an appropriate pace and was very explanatory, which I like when I'm trying something new. I will be booking another lesson with him!
